Tribal Employment Reinstatement

In 2010, we negotiated the reinstatement of a contract with the Washington State Department of Corrections for a Native Chaplain who was terminated for advancing the religious freedoms of Indian inmates. We did so pro bono. To this day, he helps incarcerated tribal citizens worship and rehabilitate in traditional Indian ways.
