Catastrophic Tribal Injury Settlement

In 2004, we defended and settled multi-million dollar catastrophic personal injury claim against a tribe, involving a young boy who tragically fell and was crippled. We negotiated insurance coverage for the claim and a related special needs trust instrument that suited the needs of the boy and his family, as well as the Tribe. Today, the special needs trust funds the care and needs of the young Indian man.
